This afternoon Clara and I played with our cousin Asher in the leaves in the backyard. Really, Clara played with him and I took pictures. We had a lovely time, especially enjoying his smiles and laughter when we threw leaves in the air.

day at the park
two weeks ago, on april 16, we babysat two four-year-old twins, jenna and asa. as part of our day together, we went to the park that is just down the street from our house. the city recently rebuilt the park, so this was my first time going down there and playing on it since then.

quilts and grass and rain
^ i made a quilt for a friend who’s having a baby… and had a photoshoot with it outside.

i’m so glad mom taught me how to quilt.
and, our garden seems to be doing okay after the big rainstorm we had. the ground is still rather damp, though, so i didn’t water today. and i try to miss the mud under the swing when i’m swinging.

clara and i just came to audra’s 14th birthday party. she’s a pretty awesome crazy person. :D
i was helping her figure out picasa 3. so i was editing these awesome photos that she took of herself.
we stayed up pretty late… all 13 girls of us. till 3, but i’m not tired, strangely.
